Accept, evaluate and authenticate the submitted documents (ERF, transfer, intro. to Landbank, and other teachers' records
Administrative Assistant III
Perform accounting and recordkeeping activities
Keep maintenance of records and filing of reports and ensures absolute confidentiality of information, files and records.
Take charge of all the school's financial transactions and record keeping of cash, checks and vouchers
Produce financial reports and reconcile discrepancies or shortages
Ensure that all of their financial duties must comply with Department of Education and school board polices that expenditures and commitments for payments are properly supported with documentary evidence
Determine whether or not purchase orders have been issued in accordance with policy and law
Examine and analyze school books of account
Administrative Officer I
Make provision for payment of salaries and other benefits, emoluments of QHS teachers and non-teaching personnel
Prepare financial reports and other financial communication
Collect and issue official receipts
Prepare and submit payroll, deposit slip, fund transfer, and other pertinent papers to government depository bank (LBP), for Debit agency checkless payroll
Release payslips to QHS teaching and non-teaching personnel
School Registrar
Keep, update, secure the students records and receive, accept, review, process, then issue requested school credentials and other required documents
Administrative Officer I
Receive, secure and issue school office supplies, books, learning materials to students, teachers, and non-teaching personnel
School Librarian I
Provide access of diverse, varied and appropriate school library materials as sources of information and library preference assistance to students and teachers.
